🚀 We’re Hiring: Revenue & Delivery Manager | Trace
Trace, a Fraud Detection & Prevention organization, is looking for a strong Revenue & Delivery Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of revenue, delivery, client commitments, team performance, quality, and operational excellence.
This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role.
What you will own:
• Monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
• Delivery performance, TATs & SLAs
• Client escalations and closure
• Team targets, productivity & accountability
• Process improvement, SOPs & operational controls
• Quality with a target of <2% error rate
• Data-driven problem solving & root-cause analysis
• Automation initiatives to improve scale and efficiency
• Building and developing high-performing teams
What we’re looking for:
• 7–10 years overall experience
• Experience in BPO/KPO/BGV/Fraud Detection & Prevention operations
• BGV experience preferred
• Strong experience managing operational/delivery teams
• Highly analytical, target-driven and execution-focused
• Strong Excel, analytics, reporting & presentation skills
• Excellent client communication and escalation management
• Comfortable with stretch goals and high accountability
