Role
Support our retention function — turning one-time buyers into repeat customers via Email, WhatsApp, RCS, and Push. Hands-on, live client accounts from day one.
You'll Own
- Setting up retention marketing campaigns for WhatsApp, Email, Push Notification & RCS channels
- Driving revenue for D2C brands through multiple retention marketing channels
- Knowledge on multiple flows: Cart Recovery, Checkout Recovery, Cross-Sell, Upsell, COD-to-Prepaid (C2P)
- Strategies to increase repeat orders percentage using multiple channels
- Tracking retention metrics (open rate, CTR, repeat rate, churn) and flagging underperformance
- Staying updated for the latest news on tools like Klaviyo, WATI, sendgrid & other similar tools
You Bring
- Marketing/Business degree (pursuing or recent grad)
- Strong written communication
- Comfort with spreadsheets for segmentation & reporting
- Detail-oriented, genuine interest in D2C/e-commerce
