Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional showroom experience to customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions
• Convert walk-ins and leads into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain premium showroom presentation standards
• Coordinate with delivery and customer service teams for seamless execution
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of retail sales experience
• Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, luxury retail, real estate, or consumer durables preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
