Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and standards. The role includes driving sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and implementing promotional activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Retail Manager will ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality, resolving customer concerns, and fostering a welcoming store environment. This position also involves coaching and developing team members, coordinating with regional management, and contributing to continuous improvement in store processes.

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive shopping experience and handle queries or complaints professionally.
- Team Management skills to lead, motivate, schedule, and develop store staff in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Sales skills to drive store performance, manage targets, and support promotional and merchandising initiatives.
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in fashion or value retail.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on store standards.
- Basic proficiency in retail systems, POS tools, and MS Office; familiarity with inventory and stock management processes.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
