- The candidate will oversee 12-15 stores. Responsibilities include driving year-on-year growth, ensuring profitability, providing training, managing store team recruitment, and closely monitoring adherence to SOPs.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7-10 COCO stores, is required.
3. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. The role involves extensive travel, approximately 12-15 days per month.
5. Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to train and motivate the team within the assigned territory.
6. Educational qualifications should include a Graduate degree or MBA.
