🚨 WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
Desi Chef | Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of our day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete restaurant operations
• Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams
• Staff scheduling, attendance & discipline
• Handle recruitment of junior operational staff
• Monitor sales, billing & daily reports
• Inventory, purchasing, wastage & food-cost control
• Manage Zomato, Swiggy & direct orders
• Handle customer complaints & service quality
• Maintain hygiene & SOP compliance
• Coordinate vendors & maintenance
• Train and develop the team
• Report directly to the Owner
What we're looking for:
• 3–5+ years of restaurant/F&B management experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations & inventory
• Ability to independently solve operational problems
• Someone who can run the restaurant, not just supervise it
💰 Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month + performance incentives
📍 Location: Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore
