Role Description The Restaurant Guest Relations – Food & Beverage role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. Daily tasks include preparation of the dining area as per the sops, and being a part of the food and beverage service team. The role involves maintaining high service standards, assisting with table setups, and promoting a warm, professional atmosphere that reflects Aragma’s commitment to hospitality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates must be proficient in English as a language along with their native language.
- Candidates should possess Food Service and Food Preparation knowledge to support the dining experience and understand menu offerings.
- Additional qualifications such as prior experience in restaurants or hospitality, familiarity with reservation systems, and the ability to work in a detailed oriented space is an advantage.
- A professional, guest-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are highly valued.
