Location: Clinics in GK / Golf Course Road, Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (fixed day shift, 10 hours)
About the Role
We are seeking a patient-facing Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to serve as the primary clinical point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will handle patient interactions, take detailed histories, manage ongoing care during clinic visits, and respond to medical emergencies as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with patients, ensuring a smooth and reassuring clinical experience
- Conduct thorough patient history taking (medical, personal, and presenting complaint)
- Manage patients through their clinic visit, including assessment, triage, and coordination with consultants as needed
- Identify and respond promptly to medical emergencies, initiating stabilization before consultant or specialist involvement
- Coordinate with nursing staff and consulting doctors to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
- MBBS or BAMS (either accepted)
- Valid registration with the respective State Medical or Ayush Council
- Freshers welcome; prior clinical/RMO experience preferred

- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English)
- Meticulous history-taking ability
- Calm, decisive approach to emergency situations
