About the Role
Nandi Nivesh Private Limited is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor based in Pune. We are looking for a Research Analyst (Products) to join our team full-time, in office.
This is not an equity or stock research role. We are looking for someone who can go deep into financial products, mutual funds, debt instruments, and other investment vehicles and translate that understanding into clear, actionable insights for our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on mutual funds and other financial products across categories and AMCs
- Prepare and publish fund performance reports, portfolio reviews, and market commentaries
- Analyze and track portfolio performance against relevant benchmarks
- Identify new investment opportunities and prepare structured product recommendations
- Maintain and update the internal product database, fund fact sheets, and comparison matrices
- Support client managers with data-driven insights and investor presentations
- Prepare research notes and investment rationale documents
What We Are Looking For
- CA or CFA (mandatory); MBA Finance is an added advantage
- NISM Series XA and XB certified, or willingness to clear within 3 months of joining
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and financial modelling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Selection Process
Written assessment at our Pune office, followed by an interview.
