🔹 We're Hiring: Reports Executive — SLPL Power (Storeleaf Private Limited)
📍 Vadodara, Gujarat | Full-time | ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
SLPL Power is looking for a Reports Executive to join our Testing & Commissioning (T&C) reporting team. You'll work under the guidance of our Senior Reports Executive, turning site test data into polished, professional switchyard/substation test reports for our clients.
If you're comfortable with Excel, detail-obsessed about formatting, and enjoy taking raw data and making it presentation-ready — we'd love to talk.
What you'll do:
🔹 Receive and review test data shared by site engineers
🔹 Enter and organize test data into predefined Excel formats/templates
🔹 Compile equipment-wise test data into complete, client-ready reports
🔹 Maintain consistency in formatting, layout, and branding across reports
🔹 Coordinate with site engineers for data clarifications and missing details
🔹 Support the Senior Reports Executive in finalizing and reviewing reports
🔹 Maintain proper records and version control of all reports generated
🔹 Follow company processes and SOPs consistently
What we're looking for:
✅ Diploma/ITI or Graduate (Engineering background a plus, not mandatory)
✅ 2–3 years of experience in report preparation, data entry, or documentation (electrical/EPC industry experience preferred)
✅ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good written communication skills
