We are looking for a dynamic, commerce-background professional to manage our godown operations in Sokhda, Vadodara. If you have strong logistical skills, expertise in Tally/Excel, and excellent stakeholder management skills, we want you on our team!
📌 Job Details:
* Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
* Location: Sokhda, Vadodara
* Experience: 2+ years in warehouse/godown operations
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
* Operations & Safety: Develop packing standards with labor, manage inward/outward cross-counting, and maintain strict godown safety/housekeeping.
* Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for the factory, suppliers, transporters, field teams, dealers, and customers.
* Billing & Logistics: Generate invoices, manage E-way bills, and negotiate competitive freight rates.
* Management Reporting: Maintain Tally/Excel records and submit pending status reports (Indent, WO, PO, DO) directly to senior management.
🎯 Requirements:
* Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).
* Strong proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel).
* Clear understanding of GST billing and E-way bill portals.
