🎬 We’re Hiring: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Alpha Weber is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who can turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven content with strong visual storytelling.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Edit documentary-style and storytelling-focused videos
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Edit long-form videos when required
- Create professional motion graphics and 2D animations
- Create kinetic typography, captions and text animations
- Add sound effects, music and proper sound design
- Perform color correction and basic color grading
- Select and arrange B-roll to improve storytelling
- Create smooth transitions and engaging visual effects
- Maintain strong pacing and audience retention
- Deliver polished, social-media-ready videos
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills
- Documentary-style editing
- Motion graphics & 2D animation
- Kinetic typography
- Good understanding of pacing and visual storytelling
- Sound design
- Color correction/grading
- Good knowledge of social-media video formats
💻 Software
Experience with any of the following:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- CapCut

- Real estate / architecture video editing
- Cinematic editing
- Infographic & data animation
- Map/location animations
- AI-assisted editing workflows
- Thumbnail/cover design
