Role Description This full-time, on-site Reltio MDM Developer role is based in the Pune Division. The developer will design, configure, and implement Reltio master data management (MDM) solutions, including data models, match and merge rules, survivorship logic, and integration workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business and data teams to gather and refine requirements, translating them into technical designs, and developing high-quality, scalable MDM configurations. The role involves integrating Reltio with upstream and downstream systems, monitoring data quality, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. The developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and production support activities, while contributing to best practices and continuous improvement within the data management team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Reltio MDM, including configuration of data models, entities, relationships, match/merge rules, survivorship, and workflows.
- Hands-on skills in data integration and ETL/ELT tools (e.g., REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL-based integration, and common integration platforms).
- Solid understanding of master data management concepts, data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Proficiency in database technologies and query languages (e.g., SQL, relational databases, and basic performance tuning).
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and platforms commonly used with Reltio and modern data solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements, document technical designs, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in consulting or working on data and analytics projects within enterprise environments is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented setting.
