🚀 We're Hiring: Relationship Manager | Remote | Full-Time
NoBroker.com — the world's largest C2C online real estate marketplace with 8.5M+ customers — is looking for energetic Relationship Managers to join our growing team!
💰 Compensation: ₹12,000–14,000 (In-hand) + ₹2,000 Net Allowance + Incentives
📍 Location: Remote
🕘 Shift: 9-hour login between 8 AM – 10 PM (flexible), 6 days/week (week off on a weekday)
What you'll do:
✅ Identify business opportunities and prospects
✅ Build relationships and pitch tailored solutions
✅ Handle outbound calling on leads from generation activities/secondary sources
✅ Follow up daily on leads — both new and existing
✅ Maintain and uphold service quality standards
Who we're looking for:
🎓 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate — 0-3 years experience
🗣️ Excellent verbal & written communication
🤝 Strong interpersonal, analytical & decision-making skills
💻 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
🌐 Language combos: Hindi + English, OR English + Hindi + Kannada, OR English + Hindi + Telugu, OR English + Kannada + Tamil
