Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property role based in Raipur. The Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing Loan Against Property customers, including identifying prospects, building relationships with leads, and converting them into successful applications. The role involves assessing customer requirements, coordinating documentation and credit evaluation, and ensuring timely processing and disbursal of loans in line with company policies.
The Relationship Manager will regularly liaise with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal, and maintain strong connections with external partners, channel associates, and real estate stakeholders to drive business growth. The position also requires tracking portfolio performance, monitoring account quality, and adhering to regulatory and compliance standards while delivering a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term associations.
- Knowledge of Loan Against Property products, secured lending processes, and basic credit assessment principles.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and negotiation, including lead generation and closure in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to manage documentation, attention to detail, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear presentation and professional conduct.
- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other digital platforms for reporting and tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in mortgage, LAP, or retail lending is preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
