Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Preferred Banking customers.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, mutual funds, insurance, loans and other financial solutions.
- Generate business through cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve assigned targets for deposits, investments, third-party products and customer acquisition.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term customer retention.
- Follow KYC, AML and other regulatory compliance requirements.
