Role Description The Relationship Manager role at VN Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial objectives and recommending suitable products such as mutual funds, insurance solutions, FIBS, P2P lending, and real estate options. This role involves regular client meetings, follow-ups, and performance reviews, along with preparing proposals and documentation to support investment decisions. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of transactions and high-quality service. The role also includes prospecting new clients, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product features.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance products, FIBS, P2P lending, and real estate investments, with the ability to explain these solutions clearly to clients.
- Sales, negotiation, and business development abilities to identify opportunities, convert leads, and achieve growth targets.
- Analytical and financial planning skills to assess client needs, evaluate risk, and propose suitable investment strategies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse client profiles and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, compliance requirements, and accurate client records.
- Comfort with basic financial software, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial planning or mutual fund distribution are an advantage.
- Prior experience in wealth management, financial advisory, banking, or investment sales is preferred.
