Mandatory Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in Reinsurance Underwriting, Placement or Broking.
- Experience in both placement and operational aspects of reinsurance will be preferred.
- Experience in negotiating and placing risks with reinsurers.
- Experience in reinsurance documentation and operational processes.

They work with large corporates to design insurance programs, manage complex risks, and provide end-to-end claims support across industries such as infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, real estate, and healthcare
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle reinsurance underwriting and placement activities across relevant lines of business.
- Review submissions, assess risks, and support underwriting decisions.
- Coordinate with cedants, brokers, and reinsurers for quotations and placements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, limits, and conditions with reinsurers.
- Manage policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and other operational activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and business partners.
- Ensure timely closure of placements and accurate documentation.
- Support the team in developing new business and servicing existing accounts.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Professional qualification in Insurance/Reinsurance will be an added advantage.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Reinsurance Underwriting & Placement
