Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Bengaluru South. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols. The Registered Nurse will also support infection control practices, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient care coordination, including collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation and record-keeping, including accurate charting and use of hospital information systems.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear patient education and effective interaction with diverse populations.
- Candidates should possess skills in infection control, safety practices, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should have a recognized nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing or GNM) and valid nursing registration with the appropriate council.
- Candidates should be able to work in rotating shifts, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain professionalism and empathy at all times.
- Prior experience in hospital or acute care settings, familiarity with electronic medical records, and additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) are beneficial.
