Job Brief

We are looking for a Regional Technical Executive to support training, technical services, and product application for premium wall texture solutions. In this role, you will work closely with applicators, contractors, and internal teams to improve product knowledge, build technical skills, and ensure high-quality execution at project sites.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for applicators and contractors across assigned regions.
- Deliver onboarding and regular skill development sessions for new applicators.
- Train and support internal sales and field teams to improve technical knowledge.
- Support new product launches and ensure smooth on-ground implementation.
- Visit project sites to provide technical guidance and application support.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and recommend the right solutions.
- Promote best practices for product application and surface finishing.
- Coordinate with regional and zonal teams to plan and execute training programs.
- Maintain training records, feedback reports, and performance improvements.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in paints, wall textures, decorative coatings, or related industries.
- Experience in technical services, product application, training, or site support will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train, guide, and influence applicators, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and organisational abilities.
- Hands-on approach with a strong field orientation.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region and Mumbai Head Office.
- Knowledge of regional language(s) will be an added advantage.
