Hiring – Regional Sales Manager (RSM) | Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Healomex Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Chennai, Tamil Nadu in the field of NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) & Advanced Wound Care.
Position
Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – NPWT / Wound Care
Location
Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required
- Mandatory: Prior experience in NPWT / Wound Care sales
- Experience in hospital sales, surgical products, advanced wound care, medical devices, or vacuum-assisted wound therapy preferred.
- Strong network with surgeons, plastic surgeons, orthopaedics, diabetic foot clinics, wound care specialists, and hospitals in Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage NPWT business across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
- Drive sales of NPWT machines and consumables.
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical support activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
