Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across Haryana, Gujarat, UP, and Delhi.
About the Role
We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Haryana, Gujarat, UP, Delhi. Candidates based in Ludhiana preferred.
Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales, revenue, and collection targets
- Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network
- Lead, coach, and monitor Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
- Drive new product launches and channel marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years
Required Skills
Sales Management, PAN India Sales management, Team handling, Direct Sales, Field sales, Travel.
Pay range and compensation package
CTC: upto 9 LPA
