Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and experienced Regional Head – Sales to lead EC-Council’s B2B business across the region. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships across the enterprise, channel, academia, and government segments.
The ideal candidate will be a strong sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales across technology, cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, training, or related solutions, with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, build high-value relationships, develop channel ecosystems, and lead teams to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. The Regional Head will have end-to-end ownership of regional sales performance, including revenue targets, pipeline development, team performance, and strategic growth across key B2B segments.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive regional revenue growth across Enterprise, Channel, Academia, and Government segments.
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, go-to-market plans, and revenue targets in alignment with EC-Council’s global business objectives.
- Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline, ensuring effective forecasting, opportunity management, and consistent revenue conversion.
- Drive new customer acquisition, account growth, renewals, cross-sell, and strategic expansion by identifying opportunities across EC-Council’s broader solution portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, senior business leaders, government officials, academic/institutional leaders, and key channel partners.
- Develop and expand the channel ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, technology partners, training partners, and strategic alliances.
- Identify and develop large, complex, and high-value opportunities, leading the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution mapping, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive the academia and government business, identifying opportunities for cybersecurity education, workforce development, certifications, and institutional programs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team, establishing clear targets, KPIs, sales processes, and performance standards.
- Work closely with marketing, product, operations, customer success, and global teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent EC-Council at industry events, cybersecurity forums, government engagements, conferences, and partner events to strengthen brand visibility and market leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and business reviews to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Relevant years of B2B sales experience, with proven experience in sales leadership and regional revenue ownership.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets across Enterprise, Channel, Academia, and/or Government segments.
- Experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, IT services, training, or related B2B solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Strong CXO-level engagement, consultative selling, negotiation, and complex deal-closure skills.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to operate independently and drive regional growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region for customer, partner, government, academic, and industry engagements.
