Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khordha for a Refractory Aggregates Production Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring refractory aggregate output meets safety, quality, and specification standards. Responsibilities include managing production teams, monitoring equipment and process parameters, coordinating raw material usage, and maintaining accurate production records. The role also involves implementing and adjusting production schedules, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet dispatch timelines. The supervisor is expected to promote a safe work environment, support continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate clearly with leadership and shop-floor personnel.
Experience - 3-5 years
Qualifications
- Relevant technical background in ceramic, materials science, mechanical, or industrial engineering is beneficial.
- Experience in refractory, ferro alloys, steel, or heavy process industry operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and basic maintenance coordination is preferred.
- Ability to use production reporting tools and basic computer applications is desirable.
