Demand Drive Solutions LLC is expanding its recruitment team and looking for motivated professionals to join as Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Interns or Recruiters.
We welcome freshers and interns, as well as candidates with 6+ months of recruitment experience.
💼 Position
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition – IT & Non-IT
📍 Location: NIBM Road, Pune
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite
🕕 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
🎓 Experience: Fresher / Intern or 6+ months
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Work on both **IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements**
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work towards recruitment targets and closure timelines
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in building a career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Good interpersonal and candidate-engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Candidates comfortable with the **6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift**
• Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply
