Role Description
The Recruitment Intern role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, supporting hiring managers with interview scheduling, and ensuring timely communication with applicants. The role also involves assisting with onboarding processes, helping organize training sessions, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The Recruitment Intern will collaborate closely with the HR team to learn and apply recruitment best practices while supporting overall talent acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting for various roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates objectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support and coordination during onboarding.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in talent acquisition.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and HR tools.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
