We are looking to collaborate with experienced Freelance Recruitment Partners who have strong recruitment expertise and candidate networks across one or more of the following sectors:
- BFSI
- Retail
- Real Estate
- Hospitality
This opportunity is ideal for independent recruiters who enjoy working on diverse hiring mandates and are confident in sourcing and engaging relevant talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on recruitment mandates across your area of industry expertise.
- Source and identify relevant candidates through multiple channels and professional networks.
- Screen candidates based on role requirements, experience and suitability.
- Coordinate with the team throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain timely communication and follow-ups on assigned mandates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in BFSI, Retail, Real Estate and/or Hospitality hiring.
- An established candidate network within your area of specialization.
- Good sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment assignments effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
