Role Description The Recruiting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules. The intern will assist in conducting initial candidate interactions, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing recruitment-related documentation. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with hiring managers on role requirements, supporting onboarding and basic training activities, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. The role provides exposure to recruitment processes in an education-focused organization and requires consistent on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting for entry-level and intern roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and supporting onboarding for new team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records and databases.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools).
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
