We're growing, and we want you on our team! Elevait is looking for driven, ambitious recruiters to support our Fortune 500 clients across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial services, logistics, cybersecurity, life sciences, and healthcare.
Roles You'll Recruit For:
- Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators
- Production/Assembly Line Workers
- Machine Operators
- Material Handlers
- Shipping/Receiving Clerks
- Maintenance Technicians
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for light industrial/manufacturing U.S.-based roles
- Proven success supporting high-volume contract hiring for large U.S. enterprise clients
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards and internal database mining, with LinkedIn Recruiter experience a plus
- Comfort working with the same tools and tech stack as any top on-shore agency
Schedule & Setup:
- Fully remote — EST hours (or similar overlap)
- Reliable home internet required
