🎯 Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
- Screen candidates and assess them against role requirements
- Conduct candidate conversations and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand requirements and deliver quality shortlists
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
🔍 Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Good understanding of Boolean search / LinkedIn / Naukri
- Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills
- Ability to work on multiple roles and deadlines
- Strong ownership, follow-up and closure mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Candidates based in Pune only
