📍 Location: Vision Plus Eye Clinic, Town Square 2, Sector 82, Gurugram

Vision Plus Eye Clinic is looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Receptionist cum Patient Counsellor
This is more than a front desk role—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career in healthcare administration, patient relationship management, and insurance coordination.
What You'll Do
✅ Welcome and assist patients with empathy and professionalism
✅ Manage appointments, registrations, billing, and front desk operations
✅ Guide patients through consultations, diagnostics, and treatment journeys
✅ Coordinate follow-ups and build lasting patient relationships
✅ Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience

- Insurance & TPA Coordination
- Cashless Claim Processing
- Pre-authorizations
- Corporate & Insurance Documentation
No prior insurance experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
Who Should Apply?
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
✔ Good computer knowledge (MS Office)
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience: 0–3 years
Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, hospitality, customer service, or relationship management will be preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
