Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor and patient logs, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams for smooth patient flow. The role also involves handling basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, while upholding patient confidentiality and service quality. The Receptionist will support patients with queries, guide them through registration processes, and provide clear information about clinic procedures and services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing multi-line phones and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as basic computer proficiency, data entry, filing, and handling documentation accurately.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interaction with patients and staff.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and creating a positive experience for all visitors.
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare front office environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort with handling sensitive information and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a certificate or diploma in office administration, hospitality, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
