- Designation: Team Coach
- Salary: ₹45,000 In-Hand/Month
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Shift: Flexible as per project requirements
- Education: Graduation Mandatory
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max 10 Days
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling Payment Posting / Cash Posting.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, SLA and process metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training and Operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, client requirements and compliance standards.
- Prepare and review team performance reports.
- Drive process improvement and achieve daily/monthly operational targets.
🔹 Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Strong hands-on experience in Payment Posting / Cash Posting
- Previous Team Coach / Team Lead / Supervisor experience preferred
- Good understanding of US Healthcare, Medical Billing & RCM
- Strong communication, analytical and people-management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and performance reporting
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Graduation is mandatory
