About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team in East Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, passionate about sales, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain ongoing real estate projects and generate genuine interest.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Achieve assigned calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; Hindi and Kannada will be an advantage.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up
Ability to work towards targets and incentives.
