🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Convert leads/prospects into course enrollments through consultative selling.
• Counsel students and healthcare professionals on suitable programs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
🔹 Requirements
• 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably EdTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and using CRM systems.
