Vridanta has build a Specialised Real Estate Wealth Management Platform for Property Investors. We are looking for a Real Estate professional who understands markets and can bring meaningful insights to investor conversations.
Your role will be to work alongside our Wealth Managers, client meetings, provide market intelligence, help clients make informed Real estate decisions and get the transactions for Clients as and when needed.
Who should apply?
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate.
- Background: Reputed Real estate developer or established brokerage house.
- Education: Graduate from a Tier I/II college.
- Strengths: Excellent market knowledge, analytical thinking and a genuine inclination towards Real estate research.
- Preferred qualifications: CFA, B.Com, LLB, B.Arch, Civil Engineer particularly with relevant Real Estate Sales experience.
What we offer
- Fixed Salary: Rs. 5–6 Lacs per annum
- Additional Incentives: Performance-linked
- Location: Gurgaon | 6-day working week
Please note - Applicants must already be based in Delhi/NCR. No relocation cases, please.
