Job Summary
We are looking for confident, energetic, and well-spoken professionals who are passionate about real estate and comfortable presenting on camera. This role combines real estate sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and content presentation.
You will educate potential investors about Dubai real estate projects through engaging video content while converting qualified leads generated through multiple marketing channels.
Whether you are applying for a Full-Time, Internship, or Part-Time role, you will receive professional training, company-generated leads, marketing support, and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Presentation
• Present Dubai real estate investment opportunities through professional video content.
• Record 8–12 high-quality reels/videos every month in our in-house studio.
• Explain:
o Dubai property market
o Investment opportunities
o Project launches
o Payment plans
o Developer offerings
o ROI and investment benefits
• Work closely with the marketing team while dedicated editors handle post-production.
Sales & Lead Management
• Contact and follow up with company-generated leads.
• Understand investor requirements.
• Recommend suitable Dubai investment opportunities.
• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth customer experience.
Cold Calling
• Contact prospective investors from company-provided databases.
• Introduce Dubai investment opportunities.
• Qualify interested prospects.
• Schedule meetings and maintain follow-ups.
Event Representation
Represent TAYA Investments at:
• Real Estate Exhibitions
• Investment Seminars
• Promotional Events
Generate qualified leads while representing the company professionally.

Compensation
Full-Time Salary
Salary will be offered based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

• Monthly Stipend: Up to ₹5,000
• Intended to cover travel and related expenses.
• Eligible for the same performance incentive structure as full-time employees.
• Minimum login: 5 hours per day.

Weekly Off Policy
• Employees will receive one rotational weekly off.
• In the event of a business requirement, employees may be required to work on their scheduled weekly off.
• Any approved work performed on the weekly off will be compensated through one of the following, subject to management approval:
o A compensatory off in the following week's schedule, or
o Addition to the employee's leave balance, or
o Monetary compensation, where applicable.
