- Strong experience in Banquets & Events Management.
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control.
- Experience in MIS reviewing and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of Menu Designing, Pricing & Upselling.
- Strong understanding of F&B Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Compliance.
- Ability to maintain Brand & Service Standards.
- Strong focus on Guest Satisfaction & Complaint Handling.
- Experience in Team Training & Development.
- Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills.
