About SnackritiSnackriti (snackriti.com) is a fast-growing, Noida-based D2C snack brand on a mission to make healthy snacking delicious and accessible. Our makhana range is built for today's health-conscious consumer, and we're scaling rapidly on India's leading quick commerce platforms. We're looking for a driven Quick Commerce Manager to own and grow our business on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.
Role OverviewAs Quick Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving Snackriti's sales, visibility, availability, and profitability on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the channel, from listings and ads to inventory planning and platform relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Own revenue and growth targets on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, including expansion to new cities and dark stores.
- Create and optimise product listings (titles, images, keywords, pricing) to improve search visibility and category rankings.
- Plan and manage in-app ad campaigns and platform promotions, optimising budgets for ROAS and conversion.
- Forecast demand, plan replenishment, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain high availability and fill rates.
- Build strong relationships with platform category managers and negotiate margins, visibility deals, and promotions.
- Track sales, ads, and competitor performance through regular dashboards, and manage channel-level P&L.
Requirements- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in quick commerce (not general e-commerce or marketplaces)
- In-depth working knowledge of Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto brand/seller dashboards
- Experience running and optimising in-app ad campaigns on these platforms
- Strong understanding of quick commerce metrics: GMV, availability, fill rate, ROAS, dark store performance, and sell-through
- Good command of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup with high ownership
Good to Have- Experience managing an FMCG, F&B, or healthy snacking brand on quick commerce
- Existing contacts with category teams at Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, or Zepto
