Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Management Executive to manage employee and client data, ensure timely completion of HR processes, and support employee engagement and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee, client, attendance, reimbursement, and recruitment data.
- Track and ensure adherence to processes, SLAs, and TATs for employee joining, recruitment, and employee queries.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare MIS reports/dashboards as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely resolution of employee-related queries.
- Manage employee engagement and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of MIS/reporting is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, data management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and TATs.
