Role Description
- Must have experience with quantity surveying / BOQ preparation for commercial projects from Autocad drawings
- Must be able to go to site and take measurements for bill preparation
Qualifications
- Strong skills in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and measurement for diverse project types.
- Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Management to support budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards, preferably in commercial, healthcare, and interior projects.
