Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Trivandrum. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and ensuring accurate cost planning throughout all stages of a project. Daily tasks include tracking expenditures, updating cost reports, analyzing variances, and supporting budget forecasts in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders. The role also involves supporting contract administration, verifying contractor claims, and contributing to value engineering and risk assessments to maintain financial control and project profitability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in cost control and cost management to maintain financial oversight across project lifecycles.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Freshers to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates should possess skills in cost planning and cost reporting to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing BOQ to ensure precise quantity take-offs and alignment with project specifications.
- Proficiency with quantity surveying and cost management software, as well as MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred, particularly in an on-site environment.
