🚨 WE ARE HIRING – MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – QUALITY
📍 *Location:* Jamnagar, Gujarat
💼 *Experience:* 3–4 Years
🔧 *Brass Industry Experience: MUST*
🎓 *Qualification:* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
💰 *Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)
### 🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
* QA/QC & *QMS Management*
* Knowledge of *ISO 9001 & IATF 16949*
* *APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D & CAPA*
* *GD&T & CNC Machining Quality*
* Knowledge of *Metrology & Inspection Instruments*
* Handling *Customer Complaints, Audits & RCA*
* Team Handling & Quality Team Coordination
* Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
* Process & Product Quality Improvement
* Continuous Improvement & Rejection Reduction
* In-process & Final Inspection Control

✔️ Has practical experience in the *Brass / Precision Machining Industry*
✔️ Understands *CNC/Automatic Turning Components* and quality requirements
✔️ Can independently handle customer quality issues and documentation
✔️ Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔️ Can lead the quality team and drive a *Zero-Defect / Near-Zero PPM culture*
