Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Engineer Auditor role is based in Rajkot. The Quality Engineer Auditor will plan, perform, and document internal audits of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing production and inspection records, analyzing data to identify trends, investigating non-conformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain product reliability. The auditor will also support the development, implementation, and refinement of quality procedures, participate in root cause analysis, and prepare clear reports for management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and improve quality systems and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Product Quality to monitor production, assess product performance, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop procedures, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Working knowledge of ISO or similar quality standards, audit methodologies, and relevant documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present audit findings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field; professional certifications in quality or auditing are an advantage.
- Experience in renewable energy, heavy engineering, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
