About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team in Jodhpur. The selected candidate will work closely with a Dutch furniture company, ensuring that all furniture and wooden accessory products meet the required quality standards, customer specifications, and international export requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in furniture manufacturing and quality inspection, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with manufacturers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production, including raw materials, in-process production, and final finished goods.
· Ensure products comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and export requirements.
· Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
· Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
· Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and management to resolve quality-related concerns.
· Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs and quality observations.
· Ensure timely completion of inspections without impacting production schedules.
· Verify packaging, labelling, and loading quality before shipment.
· Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.

Required Qualifications & Skills
· 5–6 years of experience in Quality Control within the furniture and wooden accessories industry.
· Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, woodworking, finishes, hardware, and packaging standards.
· Experience in factory inspections and supplier quality management.
· Good knowledge of quality control tools, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Willingness to travel locally for factory inspections, if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience working with export-oriented furniture manufacturers.
· Familiarity with European quality standards and customer expectations.
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and production teams.
