🚀 Hiring: Cost Controller | Bengaluru | Hybrid
We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.
🔹 Required Experience & Qualifications
- CA Qualified / CA Inter Qualified
- 5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter
- Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accounts
- Required experience working in a service-based company
- Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L and Cost Optimization
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Good understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets
- Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholders
- Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBs
- Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives
- Support incentive provisioning and special project cost tracking
- Ensure accurate cost booking and reporting
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making
