Key Responsibilities:- Inspect incoming mechanical, electrical, electronic & robotic components.
- Verify parts against BOMs, drawings, specifications & quality standards.
- Inspect robot assembly, wiring, connectors, PCBs, sensors, motors, batteries, fixtures & mechanical parts.
- Perform basic electrical testing using Multimeter and measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper.
- Conduct robot functional, performance & safety testing including movement, charging, battery backup, emergency stop & obstacle detection.
- Identify, document and report defects, rejections and quality issues.
- Prepare QC checklists, inspection reports, test reports, NCRs and defect records.
- Perform basic RCA for recurring quality issues and support CAPA activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, Stores & Purchase teams.
- Conduct final QC inspection before robot deployment, demo or customer delivery.
- Support field testing, troubleshooting and continuous quality improvement.
Required Skills:- 1β3 years of experience in QC / Quality Inspection / Manufacturing / Robotics / Automation.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical components.
- Understanding of motors, sensors, batteries, wiring, connectors, PCB & electronics.
- Hands-on experience with Multimeter, Vernier Caliper & basic testing tools.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams & BOMs.
- Knowledge of inspection, testing, RCA, NCR, CAPA & defect tracking.
- Good documentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues.
Good to Have:- Robotics/Automation industry experience.
- Basic knowledge of ROS/ROS2.
- Knowledge of LiDAR, cameras, sensors, actuators, navigation & robot communication.
- Robot assembly and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS.
- Experience with QC checklists, SOPs, inspection reports & Excel/Google Sheets.
