Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager at Hivision Developers is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards across all construction projects to ensure that materials, workmanship, and processes meet company and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and engineering teams, and documenting quality issues and corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Manager will develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, conduct audits, train site staff on quality practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve construction quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control in construction or real estate, including site inspections and compliance with building codes and standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing QA/QC processes, documentation, and reporting for multiple projects.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to lead and mentor site teams on quality practices and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in quality management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential or premium real estate projects in or near Hyderabad is preferred.
