Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance and quality control for jewellery products.
- Set and implement quality standards, inspection processes, SOPs, and checklists.
- Conduct and oversee product inspections at various stages of production.
- Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, workmanship, finishing, and quality standards.
- Work closely with vendors and manufacturing partners to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor vendor quality performance, rejection, rework, repair, and defect rates.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure quality checks for metal, stones, settings, plating, finishing, dimensions, and overall workmanship.
- Analyze customer/retail returns and identify recurring quality concerns.
- Maintain quality reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Lead, train, and manage the QA/QC team.
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Merchandising, Production, Retail, and Operations teams.
