Innvectra is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with around 6 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Homer Software, comprehensive manual testing experience, and excellent communication skills. Exposure to test automation will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual testing activities including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Validate software functionality, usability, performance, and quality against business requirements.
- Work closely with development, business, and product teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and release validation activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance best practices.
- Support automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must be an Electrical Engineer
- Around 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Homer Software.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in test automation and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
